Matt Bozzone is a drummer based in San Diego, CA.  He has been playing drum kit for over 20 years and working full time as a drummer since 2011.  He has experience performing many styles including afrobeat, funk, reggae, rock, hip hop, blues, cumbia, samba, rockabilly, and more.  Since 2013, Matt has toured extensively throughout the U.S. with a handful of different bands, performing at popular festivals, clubs, performing art centers, and universities.  His main touring gigs are with the San Diego afrobeat / psych rock band Elektric Voodoo, as well as Bay Area afro-funk group Afrolicious.  When Matt is not on tour, he performs with a variety of bands around the San Diego area and teaches drum lessons.
